- Initial case review and clinical assessment
- Hospital matching and comparison report
- Surgeon credential verification
- Video consultation scheduling and facilitation
- Medical visa documentation support
- Airport transfer coordination
- Hospital appointment scheduling
- Recovery accommodation sourcing
- Interpreter coordination if required
- Discharge documentation and record management
- Post-discharge follow-up coordination (90 days)
- Dedicated case manager throughout
Not included:
- Hospital treatment fees (paid directly to the hospital)
- Flights or travel insurance
- Recovery accommodation costs
- Prescription medications post-discharge
- Any additional elective procedures
