Current service

Aroviah currently uses rules-based cost calculations, directory filters, and staff-led hospital matching. These tools do not learn from patient data, independently diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, determine insurance or visa eligibility, or make final clinical decisions.

Hospital and doctor suggestions are coordination aids. A qualified clinician and the patient make medical decisions. Price ranges are planning estimates, not clinical recommendations or binding quotations.

Controls for any future AI use

• Users are told when they are interacting directly with AI, unless it is obvious from the context.
• AI-generated or materially altered content is labelled when required, with machine-readable marking where applicable.
• No AI output may be used as a diagnosis, prescription, or final treatment decision.
• Staff must check material outputs, record overrides, protect patient data, and report unsafe, discriminatory, or misleading results.
• Prohibited practices are not permitted, including harmful manipulation, exploitation of vulnerabilities, unlawful social scoring, or emotion inference in workplaces.
• Higher-risk uses require documented classification, testing, instructions, human oversight, logging, incident handling, and any required conformity or registration steps before launch.
